We haven't made the recipe just yet (special occasion meal plan) but we have so far used this cooking wine for other recipes and we are bother very happy with the flavor this gives off! I’ve been wanting to make chicken marsala for quite some time, but haven’t felt like I’ve found the right marsla wine. Until I stumbled on this one! It gave my dish great flavor and the true aroma expected from the dish. Also, it was decently priced and I’m sure I’ll get much uses out of this. This was a great buy and addition to my sauce cabinet!
